Shows the scooter with me (230lbs) on it. As you can see the muffler is touching the plastic already. When I hit a bump in the road on the first day, it broke the plastic clip which attaches the left plastic to the center plastic. As a result, the plastic now has about a one inch gap. I am well under the 330lb max weight capacity listed on the page which a parts person told me the other day is inaccurate. He said the max weight is actually 270. If that is true, then DO NOT list the max weight as 330.
